What Warranty Comes With Our Work?
We stand behind the work we perform. Specific workmanship warranty details - including duration and what is covered - will be provided to you at the time service is completed. Any parts or equipment we install may carry a separate manufacturer warranty; those warranties are governed entirely by the manufacturer’s own terms and are not extended or limited by us.
Can These Terms Change?
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use bensonadufresno.com or requesting service after any revision means you accept the current version of these terms.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?
Our liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our work or from your use of this website, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.
What If Part of This Agreement Is Unenforceable?
If any individual provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be set aside or modified to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions continue in full force and are not affected.
What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This lets us offer the time slot to other customers and keep our schedule running smoothly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Are Our Estimates Guaranteed?
Any estimate we provide is given in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may differ if on-site conditions turn out to be different from what was described or expected - for example, hidden damage, additional materials needed, or access issues. If the actual cost will exceed the estimate, we will let you know before proceeding so you can make an informed decision.
Which Laws Govern This Agreement?
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the appropriate courts located in CA, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Where and How Do We Provide Service?
Benson ADU Fresno offers professional home services in Fresno, CA and the surrounding areas. All work is subject to availability and a professional assessment of your specific situation - we reserve the right to decline or adjust the scope of a job based on that assessment.
Please be aware that some jobs coordinated through bensonadufresno.com may be carried out by independent service professionals or partner contractors who work with us. In those cases, the same standards and these same terms apply to the work performed.
